Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1β3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States, Australia, and Canada. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date the order is placed.

Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee for all regions. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and local carrier conditions.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For Australian and Canadian customers, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24β48 hours for tracking information to update. You can track your order using the link in your shipping confirmation email or directly on the carrier's website.
Shipping Delays
Sky Prime Mart is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at sales@skyprimemart.com.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package cannot be located, contact us at sales@skyprimemart.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
Damaged in Transit
If your item arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and the item and email them to sales@skyprimemart.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
